I pride myself on high quality, individual programming. Every rep of every exercise is hand selected to fit your current needs.
Good programming not only has the potential to help you reach your goals more efficiently, but also can reduce your risk of injury and help with improving movement skills.
The training program is delivered in 4 week blocks on Google Sheets. Using Google Sheets allows us to both edit it at any time, so you can log your workouts and I can tweak the plan at any time it's necessary.
Video Feedback
I provide coaching feedback to help you gradually refine your technique. Simply record your sets, send them to me, and I will respond with things for you to work on.
I use videos, audio messages, and texts to provide you with exercise demonstrations, drills, and cues to help you improve.
Daily Communication
You will have the ability to text me questions or send me videos for feedback at any time, and I will respond at my earliest opportunity. I guarantee a response within 24 hours.
This is one of the things that is distinctive about my service. A lot of powerlifting coaches only give feedback once per week on a designated day, because that is most convenient for them. However, there's no question that getting feedback closer to when you actually performed the activity makes it more valuable for learning and is better for you as the athlete. That is why I use a different model, where I respond as soon as I'm able. By having quicker response times and more frequent communication, I can help you achieve better results.

Custom Training Plan
Are you looking for only a training program and not coaching? This option provides that. The training program will still be custom written for you, based on your goals and information. However, this service does not include video review or frequent communication like our coaching service does.
The training program is delivered in 4 week blocks. We use Google Sheets, so that you can log your workouts and I can see what you've done.
At the end of the 4 week block, we have a monthly review call to go over how things are going. Then, I will make the plan for your next 4 week block of training.
If you have any questions between these monthly review calls, you can email me. I am happy to answer any questions necessary for you to succeed with your training program.

Meet Day Coaching/Handling
I would love to be there in person to help make sure your powerlifting meet goes as smoothly as possible. Please read the Terms of Service for information about what is available for Remote Coaching or Custom Training Plan clients.
If you are not a current client of Premier but you would like to have meet day handling, you may still contact us to discuss the details of the event and receive a quote.

Once you sign up, you'll receive three required intake forms (an intake questionnaire, a waiver, and a PAR-Q health screening questionnaire). After you have completed those we will set up an intake call at your earliest convenience. Following that call, I will write the first block of your program and get you started training ASAP.
